"Beaty Hurts" - In an impromtu late night collaboration between myself, Ben Kiracofe and Janet Ha, We took inspiring collected objects and around them created a chorreography, installation, and lighting set-up. 
It was a raw, inspired piece; one filled with subconscious connection. It was not until viewing the images and video we'd shot later that I came to understand the meaning behind the piece. Sitting on a bed of magazine images, wearing a crown of barbies and attempting to shove two women into the same dress the common theme was beauty. The strangeness of the industry and the frustrations it imposes on women's existence.
